4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $10.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not provide access to your property or cancel your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full service amount.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: The prices for our services are listed on our website or can be obtained through our customer service team. Prices may vary depending on the scope of work, location, and specific needs of the service.
