  • Do I need to be home during the move-out cleaning?

    Not at all! As long as we have access to the property — via lockbox, code, or key — you don’t need to be there. Many clients schedule their clean for the day after their move-out and simply provide access details when booking.

  • Does the home need to be completely empty?

    Yes. For best results and to perform a thorough clean, the home must be completely empty of furniture, boxes, and personal items. If the home is not empty at the time of cleaning, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

  • What’s the difference between Deep Cleaning and Move-Out Cleaning?

    Great question! Our Move-Out Cleaning includes everything in our Deep Clean, plus extra attention to:

    Inside of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, etc.), Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets, Extra detail along walls, baseboards, and floors, Final trash removal and sanitization of fixtures

    This service is specifically tailored to meet the expectations of landlords, property managers, and home buyers.

  • How long does a Move-Out Cleaning take?

    It depends on the size and condition of the home. On average:

    1–2 Bedrooms: ~2.5–3.5 hours

    3–4 Bedrooms: ~3.5–4.5 hours

    5+ Bedrooms: ~5–6 hours

  • Will this help me get my security deposit back?

    While we can’t guarantee a deposit return, we clean to the highest standard expected by landlords and property managers. We strongly recommend checking your lease or move-out checklist and letting us know if there are any specific requirements so we can accommodate them.

  • Can I add extra services to my move-out clean?
