Use & Enjoy
Monthly billing starts once installed. Maintenance is included.
Lease End or Pickup
End your lease anytime with a 5-day notice. We’ll schedule a free pickup.

Lease Summary

Here’s what’s included in every rental agreement:

  • Term: Month-to-month or 6-month options

  • Billing: Automatic monthly billing via Square

  • Deposit: Refunded at the end of the lease (unless damage or loss occurs)

  • Your Responsibilities: Basic cleaning, reporting issues, and not relocating the unit

  • Our Responsibilities: Maintenance, replacements, pickups

  • Early Termination: 5-day notice required before next billing

  • Damage/Theft: You’re liable for unreturned or severely damaged units

  • Maintenance Policy: We’ll repair or replace malfunctioning units at no cost

🔐 Security & Protection Policy

  • Every lease includes a clause for non-return, theft, or damage.

  • Equipment details (make/model/serial) are tied to your address.

  • We require either a refundable deposit or a card on file for safety.

  • Premium units may be GPS-tagged discreetly for recovery.
