We’re so glad you’re here. Our loyalty program is our way of saying thank you for trusting us to care for your home. Here's how it works:
💰 How You Earn Points
You’ll earn 1 point for every $10 you spend on any of our cleaning services.
Points are tracked automatically through your client profile in Square.
Points are calculated based on your final payment amount (after any discounts, taxes, etc.).
Bonus points may be awarded for:
Referring friends
Booking deep cleans
Rebooking within 30 days
Celebrating your birthday with us!
🎁 Redeem Rewards
Once you collect enough points, you can trade them in for awesome rewards:
Points 25 Reward: $25 off a future clean 50 Free fridge or oven cleaning 75 $50 off a future clean 100 Free standard clean (up to 2BR) 150 Free deep clean (up to 2BR) 200 Free clean + 10 bonus points
📝 Only one reward can be used per appointment. Rewards cannot be combined with other promos or discounts.
⏳ Point Expiration & Other Details
Points expire 12 months after you earn them, so don’t forget to use them!
Rewards have no cash value and can’t be transferred to another person.
Points can only be earned and used on services booked through us via Square.
🚨 A Few Quick Notes
You’re automatically enrolled when you complete your first clean with us.
Referred friends must complete a paid service before you get your referral bonus.
We reserve the right to make changes to the program at any time—but we’ll always keep you in the loop!
